Exiting the Rescuer Mode is Strenuous

"Rescuing" is often their meaning of life & can lead to depression

I woke up in the middle of the night and wanted to write about my personal experience related to the “Rescuer” role of the Drama Triangle. This is going to be more related to the fallout of moving from that role to not seeing people as “victims” who need my “Saving.” There are reasons why people find it difficult to remove themselves from the drama.
